… all at no extra cost.
“Since graduating from The Bridge I have been consistently working in the industry, in lots of different media – tv, film, and theatre.” Gennifer Becouarn, Graduate
Life after graduation can be a daunting prospect. That’s why we offer practical support and professional opportunities long after your course is over.
From your first day at The Bridge you will begin to learn how the industry is organised and how to make progress in it. We will prepare you for auditions and castings and help you to build your confidence in professional situations.
You will establish a repertoire of speeches and songs for audition, and learn how to approach sight reading in professional castings for theatre, film, and television. You will soon start to understand the ins and outs of casting and will receive detailed guidance on your acting CV, cover letters, and professional photographs.
You will be equipped with all the knowledge you need to launch your professional career and, more importantly, to sustain that career. Also, all our students will be provided with help and equipment for recording a showreel.
Your full programme will include:
- Commercial castings
- Workshop auditions
- Goals and planning
- Singing auditions
- Researching your prospective employers
- The role of your agent
- Casting directors
