The Bridge Theatre Training Company - Drama school in Camden, London

FINANCIAL SUPPORT

If you think it will be too expensive for you to join our courses, you’re almost certainly wrong. If you’re offered a place, we can help you to find grants and grant-making bodies.

WHAT NEXT?

There are various ways to make your training more accessible and affordable:

Scholarships & Awards

Winners of the scholarship will have up to half their course fees paid for them. You may apply for the scholarship after you have auditioned and been accepted onto the course.

Students will be assessed on their financial needs but will also be expected to demonstrate a positive attitude, ability as an actor, commitment to training, and a high level of professionalism.

Flexibility and extending your course

Courses can be tailored to you; if you’ve completed the first two terms of the One Year Professional Acting Course it’s possible to take a year out and finish the third term the following year.

Financial Consultation

After receiving a place offer we can provide you with a free tutorial to go through the various funding options available to you and to discuss the best ways to get you training with us.

We’ll also provide you with a detailed guide to fundraising which includes:

  • Grants advisory services
  • Online sources
  • Key publications
  • Industry funding sources
  • Sponsorship
  • Fundraising methods

Anything is possible, provided you take the first step and send in your application.

FEES AND FUNDING

We are committed to making it as easy as possible for you to become an actor. As a non-profit making educational charity, we charge only the basic cost of training, with many services donated entirely free of charge by the professional practitioners who support The Bridge’s work and give something back because they know how much of a commitment you are making to your training. Tuition fees are payable in advance each term.

“The best training that I have ever received. This is a family forever.”
Auday Putrus, Graduate
